lashawn went beyond and beyond with his friendly and helpful attitude. eating was efficient and fresh. the only complaint is the manager in the back who screams at the employees when there are only a few customers in the device, as well as the running thru. the workers including lashawn were great, management needs an instant job control!

Love Bojangles!! Even snagged a mock recipe for very similar biscuits offline!Every place of business needs customer service training like the Muscle Shoals Bojangles must have in place!!None of these people know me, but everytime I drive thru it's almost like coming home to my own family!

The food wasn't exactly fresh and the service wasn't exactly good. We ate at around 6:30pm and the tea carafes we're already down for the day, which made getting refills difficult and I was also given sweet tea instead of regular tea.

There was no ice in my drink, but the cup was completely full of it. The sandwich and chicken patty were dry even with extra mayo. The fries were overloaded with salt. It's clear that the quality of the food has declined. Réservez une table maintenant

very excited to find 0730 clock on 8/5/21 dining room to a guided tour for the dinner of the family, only to find 4 of their staff who are from the drive-thru.

The bacon cookies are delicious, the tea is excellent, and the friends are pretty good. The service is efficient and they always come back after the show.

I was curious to try bojangles for the first time, and it was not disappointed. I'm not really a fan of almost food biscuits, but wow are they amazing.
