On their opening day, I visited with a friend who was eager to try sushi. I was initially hesitant about eating raw fish, but I ended up loving it. Since they had just opened, the food took a bit longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Now, it's my favorite sushi spot. I absolutely love the freshness of the sashimi and I've discovered my new favorite dish: the spicy seafood soup, which is incredible. The owners and staff are always friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean—a big plus for me since I've had unpleasant experiences at other places where I could smell the bathroom. Thank you, Jackie, for creating such a wonderful restaurant. I would eat there every day if I could!

The Hibachi Chicken was flavorful and well-cooked, and the Miso Soup was a perfect complement. Both dishes truly stood out! The service was prompt and courteous, adding to the enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, making this a restaurant I would definitely recommend.
Although we're not locals, we found ourselves in the area for work and chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday! To our surprise, we ended up being the only two guests in the grill room, where there were birthday decorations on the walls—presumably from another party, but we just pretended they were for me. The food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely come back!
Was ok. The inside of the restaurant looks great. The outside could use some work to draw more people in but once you go inside then you can see how hard they worked to make it look nice. The Florence location seems to taste better as far as the food. Wasn't to happy with the rice. Had a strange taste but I've never had any issues at the Florence location. As you approach the unkempt front door, it's clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. It's puzzling how they manage to pass health inspections, as the bathroom is dirty and lacks hand soap. The tables are sticky, the floors are filthy, and there are broken tiles everywhere. They really need to hire a cleaning service and stock up on some cleaning supplies. Save yourself the risk of getting sick.
If you’re truly passionate about sushi, this is the spot for you. The presentation is just the start; the first bite delivers an incredible explosion of flavor. While the hibachi and cooked dishes are excellent too, I can never resist ordering sushi when I come here. Other places simply can’t compete.
Ichiban Asian Restaurant is the best Asian fusion restaurant in the shoes! The service is great, the food is the best and the sushi is out of the chain! If I'm out of town guests, that's where I have to make them for a great dinner! I can wait for the complete reconstruction! It looks great!
