This BoJos is bumpin', as the kids say. It's so busy that the food is as fresh as it gets, and the staff are as efficient as can be. All the employees are super nice and your order will be correct. Even though it's crowded you'll get your order fast, within a few minutes at most. They had all items in stock. Only downside is that it's hard to get in and out of their parking lot off Western, but that's not their fault. People tell me this is the best Bojangles in NC and i believe it.
This Bojangles is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the NC State area. The food is consistently fantastic, even better than at other Bojangles locations. I’ve visited several franchise stores, and they should have similar food quality, but this one stands out. Alice, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful, and everyone here is very friendly. Thank you!
I eat here literally every other day. I love Bojangles in general, and this is one of the better locations I have been to, despite being on the southside of Raleigh. I will be moving out of my current apartment soon to a more affluent area, but I plan on occasionally visiting this Bojangles in the future, even if it is no longer the closest to me.
Worst bojangles I have been too. This is the closest one to where I live and I have mean on multiple occasions and the customer service is awful. Everyone has an attitude. Today I ordered a 3 piece combo and got a bunch of little nugget supremes. If I wanted nuggets I would’ve went to McDonald’s beside them. Réservez une table maintenant
In the past few weeks this location has been really disappointing with their portion sizes. The chicken pieces that I, as well as friends, have gotten has been pretty small and the fries have only been partially full and not fully seasoned. I like bojangles but this just haven’t lived up to my expectations.
I’m vegetarian so of course not the best place to eat for us vegetarians, but for a quick bite I buy the coleslaw, bo rounds and biscuits. Sometimes I like the fries when they’re not too salty. It’s good for a quick bite, it’s just a fast food restaurant, Don’t expect much, it is what it is
Women working drive thru was very rude and disrespectful and started walking to the car behind me before I was finished. Secondly they put no seasoning on my fries whatsoever after I asked for extra seasoning. Overall a terrible experience and will not go back to this bojangles!
During my time at the local university, this was my favorite spot for fried chicken. It offers some of the best Bojangles around, as quality can vary between locations. The fried chicken is consistently cooked to perfection, and the biscuits are always wonderfully buttery. Réservez une table maintenant
