The family package was very generous—it was more than enough to feed two adults and two hungry teenagers. It even included half a gallon of sweet tea! The only drawback was that the cookies didn’t quite meet our expectations. While we waited in line for our order, we unexpectedly heard the song "Mr. Bojangles" almost three times. Our teenagers found the repetition a bit unsettling, but the staff member who helped us thought it was funny.
I waited five minutes for my food because the drive-thru employee appeared distracted by other tasks instead of concentrating on making my biscuit and gravy. When I mentioned this, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. If you’re having a difficult day, please don’t take it out on customers! The manager should supervise the staff more closely to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
The night shift manager started yelling and cursing just because I knocked on the window to ask for sauce for my son's tenders, which was missing from the bag. I also had to ask for a silverware packet for my mac and cheese and slaw since those were missing too. This man should not be working with the public, much less be a manager. The food was good, but the service was a joke.
Delicious food for a quick snack! My wife and I enjoyed the chicken on a biscuit and the potato rounds. Unfortunately, the dining area was closed, which meant we had to find another place to use the restroom. Additionally, this location didn't offer the homestyle chicken, so we had to search for a more appealing kids' meal elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
When I got home, I found that the side dishes were hardly enough for my husband, my son, and me, and the food was incredibly bland—almost like something you'd find in a hospital. To make matters worse, the biscuits were so hard that I could probably throw them against the wall and leave a dent. Overall, it was not a great experience.
