I ordered through the drive-thru and was told to pull to the front of the building where they would bring my food out. After waiting 15 minutes, my order finally arrived, but several items were missing. When I went inside to address the issue, I was rudely told that the restaurant is drive-thru only. I explained that I had already used the drive-thru and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order, which was incomplete. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional—some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I love Bojangles’ food, but this isn’t the first time or location where I’ve dealt with such poor service. The food just isn’t worth dealing with the attitude every time I visit.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I feel sorry for the owners because their rude employees are driving customers away! The door was locked while the staff just stared at me, with no sign explaining why. Instead, there was a note at the drive-thru speaker telling customers to come inside for credit, but I had to get cash first. When I returned and asked if the chicken was fresh—since many cars were leaving due to the credit card system being down—the employee replied rudely, saying, "I said the credit card system was down, not that we don’t have food." A simple "yes" would have been enough!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They forgot to give me the sauce for my food in the drive-thru, and when I went inside to inquire about it, they told me I would have to pay extra for the sauce. How could one honey mustard possibly be sufficient for five chicken tenders? The staff's attitude was frustrating, particularly given that it was their error. To make matters worse, my food was cold when I received it. I won't be returning.
I visited for lunch a few days ago, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. The white gravy was cold, the chicken was tough, and the fries were stale and also cold, suggesting they had been left out for a long time. I won't be coming back to this location.

Overall, Bojangles offers good quality food. However, I often receive the wrong items or miss what I actually ordered at least half the time. Because of this, it's important to double-check your order to make sure everything is correct.
This location is vastly superior to the one on Sparkleberry. The food was fresh and hot when we received it, and our order was accurate! You can't say that about the Sparkleberry location. We will definitely be returning to this one!
Store says it opens at 5am, I sat at the drive through at 5:40am for over 5 minutes without being asked for my order before I decided to leave. All of the lights are on inside, they must just not want to work.
Why is it that every time I go in this store they are out of chicken . The servers act as if it's my fault that they are out
