Bojangles In Wilm - Réservation de table

I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience with Bojangles customer service was TERRIBLE. Firstly when the cashier employee (Fanta) took my order and I payed, he asked me what I ordered AFTER I paid. I got two meals and I was with my friends and they each all ordered a meal as well. 20 minutes go by and I got my first meal and no word for the second one. Fanta came up to us and asked us what we were waiting on and we said we were still waiting on 4 orders. He came back with my friends orders without sauces and got all of the sides wrong on one order- he did not get my second order. I went up to him (now the third time reminding him) and said that he I only ordered one meal so tell me why...

I stopped really going when my meal went from 8 dollars to 11 in the span of a few months like two years ago but the trip that has made me never go again is I ordered my usual meal and added a side of hash browns. The lady at the speaker said “you know the meal already comes with fries… you want both fries AND HASHBROWNS?!… damn!” I used to have an ED bro I started crying, got out of line, and left. Omfg I didn’t expect to be fat shamed at the freaking Bojangles. They weren’t even for me what’s wrong with y’all

This place has the worst customer service I have experienced. The employees have a bad attitude. They can't get an order right and many times I go there the have been out of chicken!!!!! How can a chicken place be out of chicken! I only go there now when my family asks for it, otherwise there are plenty of better places to go.

My wife and I just ordered we had to wait at the window for them to fix our order twice secondly when we got home to eat the sandwich was discolored and green with lots of nerves in it and no seasoning on the fries and the drinks are practically corn syrup just an absolute disappointment Réservez une table maintenant

I came to the restaurant right before closing and the staff was not only not bothered by this but rather kind and courteous instead. They even gave me some extra food that was left over as to not let it go to waste. The staff was Courteous and friendly.. Great food and experience.

The South College rd Bojangles food and service was absolutely HORRIFIC!! I know food service is a tough industry but NOBODY seemed to care about the food nor the service the gave... But i came back and they fixed it.. they just knew better than to serve it in the first place

Hard to get any items after 8pm nor could you be able to contact the store, cause they take the phone off the hook, so you can't call a head to place an order before they stop making certain items. Bad for business negative 1 stars

Food was good but waited about 25 in the drive through for the food. Workers we 're clearly not wanting to be at work. No extra effort not even a have a good night or heck even a F you nothing. Réservez une table maintenant

Third time in a row i’ve come and they forgot the biscuit in my kids meal.
