we have visited the bombay palace for about 12 years and it has never failed to live until the excellent review I gave at that time. we have three children and, when we first visited, the youngest was 4 years old and was very well treated! quite expensive for an Indian cuisine, but their service is attentive and impressive. we shared a rice, a red, fish curry, mutton and an okra court between two people and could not finish. portioning can not look moderate, but trust me, they are super filling and delicious. including drinks, the bill costs around £80. ideal for business dinners and for diners who do not want to smell like curry come from an Indian restaurant. highly recommended.
booked late on New Year's Eve not expected to get a table, but surprised how easy opentable booking was. the personal was very welcoming when we showed up and gave a good service that was eating excellent and we were not rushed or torn out of the door. in any case, this restaurant would recommend to anyone who likes a good Indian meal.
