I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, especially the JP, the K-town Throwdown, and the Basil Limeade. However, a major issue I have encountered is with the Bon Me website (Square Space) not allowing me to complete an order online. I have to call them instead. I am using a Firefox browser, which is a pretty common one, but after entering all my information on the Bon Me website, it prevents me from placing an order because I haven't inputted my billing address. This seems illogical to me since I did provide my ZIP code with my credit card information. I can only imagine how many potential orders Bon Me may have missed out on due to issues with their Square Space website.
I placed my order in person at the restaurant, where all orders are done digitally through iPads. The Japanese banh mi was quite tasty with a little kick to it. I wished there was more meat in it, but the fresh vegetables made up for it, although I could have used more cucumber slices. The bread was soft and delicious. Unfortunately, the Thai lemonade tasted like regular lemonade. The kimchi was fresh and tasty, though. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.
I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but the service can be quite disappointing. When I walked in, the staff were busy preparing food and blasting loud music, completely ignoring customers as they entered. To make a long story short, I had to talk to two different employees who seemed indifferent before I finally received my food, which took a total of 40 minutes.
The restaurant has a digital menu with clearly labeled vegan options. I ordered the Craft your Own Bowl with rice noodles, paprika tofu, and spicy peanut sauce. I also got a side of edamame, coconut chia pudding, and Ginger Lemonade. All the items were delicious and ordered through their IPAD system.

There aren't many vegan options available on the menu, but customers can create their own by using the in-store kiosks. This allows them to customize their meals by adding and subtracting ingredients as they wish. The marinated tofu and fiery cherry pebbles are excellent protein choices.
The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of rice or noodles, tofu, and spicy garbanzo beans. Everything is delicious and delightful. Ordering is a breeze, either through an iPad or with the help of a staff member. There are plenty of add-on options to customize your meal!
I usually choose the rice without egg and ask for tofu instead at this restaurant. It's good, nothing outstanding, but it's a nice change from my usual meals at Whole Foods.
Great place for a quick bite. Disappointed that they did not have a vegetarian/vegan pho option. Loved the drinks especially the bubble tea
