However, it might be useful for those who aren't as keen on the double fried chicken as their dining companions. My friend ordered the boneless chicken wings and was thrilled with the rich, umami flavors; who can resist all that salt and fat? This restaurant is fantastic! Although it's part of a chain, the food is superb, and the service at this location is exceptional. I accidentally made a mistake with my order online and had trouble reaching them by phone. They promptly covered the extra charges without hesitation. Even though the error was mine, they began addressing the issue before guiding me on how to mix the flavors.
Sometimes its very hard to call in a order here either the phone line is busy or no one picks up. The columbia mall bonchon is definitely quicker and their chicken taste much better. Whatever recipe they are using at Columbia malls bonchon should be implemented here.
These guys are the best! The food is fantastic but the service is even better. We had a slight issue with our order tonight and they went above and beyond to make it up to us. Thank you guys SOOO much! You rock!
