I evolved in the field of luxury Parisian brasseries and I ran a restaurant in Paris 9 for 13 years. I have NEVER eaten such a good pizza as the one made by Bonissimo. It's a family story ! Come ! You surely won't regret it. My wife and I stopped there by chance, and chance works out well. The oven wasn't on yet, so we spent a little time with the Pizzaiolo while he prepared our pizzas for us. We had a great time talking, full of humor and good humor, and the icing on the cake was the pizzas were excellent!!! He recommended wine from a local producer which we greatly appreciated.
