Quick breakfast stop early morning at Bonjour Cafe in Dana Point! French food is a hit or miss for me. Sometime French food is way to heavy with cream and cheese. I ordered the Les Oeufs Brouilles Chèvre, eggs with goat cheese on top of the brioche bread. I should have got the goat cheese on the side. I couldn't stomach it. But if you like toast with cheese heavily mixed in with the scrambled eggs then this dish is for you! My husband ordered the Les Oeufs De Benediete with smoked salmon breakfast was delicious and needless to say i traded dishes. Service was excellent and ambiance was by the beach, they had outdoor seating and dog friendly!
Bonjour was a nice restaurant. We enjoyed having lunch on the patio, enjoying the sunshine. The service was excellent. We had the smoked salmon crepes. They were delicious but had too much salmon and not enough sauce. The side salad was placed on the plate with the dressing on top, making it difficult to toss. It would have been even better if it had been tossed and then placed on the plate or on a separate small plate. The homemade lemonade was absolutely refreshing, and I devoured my cafe latte (very delicious). Overall, it was very nice and we will visit again.
The cutest cafe in Dana Point and the hospitality is top notch. We were instantly greeted quickly provided a perfect patio table with our pups.I enjoyed the salmon quiche (off menu special) while my husband enjoyed the smoked salmon avocado toast. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation was beautiful.It was a full house and the service had a natural flow, team spirit, and they treated us like we were locals.Thanks for a beautiful memory and for taking such good care of us.
They have a little bit of everything on their menu and most everything has a French flair. The omlettes are huge and can definitely feed a very hungry person, two people, or have another meal at home. I got the crimini mushroom, brie, spinach omlet...absolutely fantastic and so packed full of ingredients with a delicious hollandaise. All of the items on their menu sound fantastic...breakfast and lunch. Service was friendly and helpful. Cute atmosphere, including outdoor seating.

If you haven't found this cute spot on Del Obispo, you're missing out. A quaint location with fantastic food. The quiche is delicious and the fresh bread...yum! We get over there a few times a month for breakfast and have never been disappointed. The owners are very personable and the servers fast professional. Oh...and did I mention very dog friendly?
The breakfast was awful. I ordered the eggs Benedict it came on a stale white burnt bread. I never had Benedict on white toast. Orange juice was from a can. The worst breakfast ever. Don't waste your money and time going here.Food: 1/5
Lovely vibe, amazing amazing coffee, and delectable food. Go here! Eggs Benedict was light, fresh and tasty. The French toast and the cream it came with was the best I've ever had.
Soggy, foul smelling quiche. Discolored, soggy fruit, salad hidden by carrot shavings. Nothing seemed fresh here. Did not even take a bite. 1st and last time here.
