The Borderline was originally a Perkins but has been recast as a family run restaurant that offers up generous portions of home-style meals at a great price. One of my favorites places to go for breakfast in the Lehigh Valley. My go-to is the Greek Omelet (add tomatoes), home fries, and rye toast. They have added a group of new items to the menu such as the Grecian Quesadilla – Gyro meat, feta, tomato, and eggs inside a pressed pita. They offer a variety of pancakes- chocolate chip, blueberry, banana walnut – that are hot off the grill and delicious.
