I enjoyed the Bori Bowl with Pernil, which was flavorful without being overly seasoned. The arroz con gandules was exceptional—truly excellent rice. My wife ordered the Mofongo with Steak and onions; while the steak had great seasoning, she found it slightly overcooked and would have liked more onions. The mofongo was delicious but could have used a bit more garlic, though that’s just a matter of personal taste. Overall, everything was very enjoyable, and I definitely plan to return. Highly recommend! We drove from Merrick after our family in Farmingdale suggested it. The prices are reasonable; we spent $30 and couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. We ordered the jibarita and mofongo with chicharrón and pollo. The only thing missing was a garlic sauce for the mofongo, but we're planning to return next weekend for more, so I’ll be sure to ask for it then! Please support this wonderful Latina-owned business!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
