I’ve never had an issue with this location at all. Normally it’s my preferred location. Today I walked in and what I believe was the manager was sitting down eating. The employees looked as if they were hostages scared to speak. I began my order and the manager loudly spoke across the room questions to ask (what size) (did I want gravy) etc. I understand because she seemed new but it was unprofessional of her to tell it across the room and not stand next to her to help guide her.The cook in the back was frozen just looking left and right like he didn’t want to say the wrong thing. I’ve been coming to this Boston Market location for years and haven’t had any issues until now. The employees had no clue what they were doing and tried to charge me extra for my meal. The kids meal allows for macaroni and cheese OR different meat options for the entree. When I asked for macaroni and cheese as the entree they said that’s not possible and that it HAS to be meat even though the menu clearly states otherwise. One of the employees said I could get macaroni and cheese if I got the sampler meal. She even told me that the sampler meal would be less expensive than the kids meal which is not true. this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I had in a quite long time. the manager was very grim and he continuously uses the word “No”, that is not good customer service practice. he has not even checked whether he had the things on which we demanded; he has just completely dismissed all the demands we have made. not only that, but my legs were sticking to the standing because it was so hot that it was in the restaurant because the ac went out. this is florida, and it is very important that the ac works properly and that their workers also work properly. it would also be a good idea to make sure that the shops are well stored because I expected grill sauce with my grill huhn and was d...
It's 8:06 pm on a Saturday. Not sure who is working and who isn't but know the ones sitting behind the restaurant in their car probably are not working. Not like they had much to choose from in the way of food, since they really only had s few entrees to choose from and zero vegetables. Meanwhile we continue to sit behind this one vehicle and not any closer to our order 15 minutes later. Only the drive thru was open. Clear that no one wants to work even if they are paid. Ordered online and waited about 50 mins in the drive thru because the inside was closed. Called multiple times to see how to skip the line but no one answered. Then we I get home we open our food to see rotten potatoes and chicken missing. You could clearly see the potatoes were black and rotten when you put them in. But you don’t answer the phone when I call then by the time I try to go back and return it, the restaurant closed. Disgusting. I know things happen and places are short staffed and stressed right now, but there’s no excuse to serve this.
Drive through was closed. I had to go in . One person working. It was around 1PM. The food didn't look fresh. It looked like it was from the day before. The man working used his bare hands, didn't put on any gloves putting the chicken on the rotisserie. His hands touched the chicken. Myself and another person walked out. Bad health violation.
Edit. I came here for two reasons. Sweet Thai garlic chicken and Coke Zero. They were out of their advertised special before 8pm and completely out of diet soda. After store #257 shooed me out early so they could close early six months ago, I figured I'd give BM another shot. I was wrong to try them again. This is my last visit to a BM .
haven't had Boston Market in forever. Wanted some so bad. So I go there. And order a half chicken with Mac and cheese creamed spinach. The chicken was dry the Mac and cheese was so funny it was like soap. The corn bread was hard and not warm. Worst experience I have ever had at a Boston Market.Parking: There were no cars so easy parking.

not sure what to say. disappoint, start. a couple of weeks ago and all they had was meat-tow, no womb, truthahn or anything else. this time, the huh was dry and so small it was borderline cornish henne and it was $33 for a huh and three sides. stays at sam’s club or costco $4.98 chicken right now. twice the size of the Boston market.
The staff handled a Prime Rib coupon like champs! They handle an influx of people with patience and grace and all worked together as a team. Food was delicious.
