Now: alot of empty containers in the counter. Choices on boards are not clear. Poor presentations. My error in ordering garlic and parmesan chicken....I thought it was the original as I didn't see any original listed. My choice was not what I was expecting....not really good. Whole place looks sad. I miss that lively woman who was always there. Probably last time for me. Lasy year: Lovely staff. Great food choices. Always a pleasure.
I traveled a few miles to visit this Boston Market because the one in my town was closed due to staff shortages. Although the building lacked heating on that frigid night, the staff remained cheerful and accommodating. Our family had a strong craving for Boston Market, so we were delighted that they could serve our favorites despite their HVAC issues. They even recommended a few variations to enhance our meal.
2019 4* The food is always good here. Staff is a hit or miss. Always pleasant, but sometimes their English is not very intelligible and hard to understand. They also offer extra things without telling you how much more it is.
We went there like 2 weeks ago we got spinach dip corn bread six rolls we have the meatloaf delicious really good anybody could go there eat in peace very clean really friendly staff Réservez une table maintenant
The interior could use some attention, but the staff were friendly. The mac and cheese was pretty watery and lacked flavor, and the chicken was just okay.
The food is consistently excellent. We ordered the meal for three, which provided plenty of leftovers for dinner the next day!
The classic rotisserie chicken was super bland and flavorless. Definitely not what Boston Market used to be.
