Went to this location on Thursday May,27th. Was blown away with my server , Laura, she had options for drinks, and gave great food recommendations! Refilled drinks every 10 mins, and made sure we had all cutlery and condiments. I’ve been to many Boston pizzas all over Ontario, this one really prides its self On service and quality of food. My beer never got empty cause she made sure to refill it! Even on a busy night ! Thank you to the staff, and management for running a smooth operation. Will let my network know of their top notch service so they can stop by when they do trips from TORONTO TO MONTREAL. Thanks again for hospitality.
Bring your own cutlery, I guess.Ordered pasta. Never got a fork. Our server buggered off to another section of the restaurant to hang out with her fellow servers and flirt with the host.The only reason she even came by is because I was getting my jacket on and getting ready to leave. She was *kind* enough to bring takeout boxes, my food was cold when it came out and I had to bring it home to heat it up so I could eat it. I'd give the service negative stars if I could.Will absolutely never eat at this BPs again.
The food was really good! They have indoor and outdoor dining right now which is really nice, and they were definitely well staffed for a Friday. I placed my order in advance for 5pm so I could pick it up with my daughter, but they were around 10min late getting it out. Understandable for sure, but if you're ordering online for pickup don't feel like you need to be there exactly on time.
Food was ok, service was poor. Brought our food out with no cutlery had to wait. Waited long for refills, waitress kept apologizing but kept forgetting. Was very loud, as soon as the supper rush started they cranked the music and everyone had to shout to speak with each other. Not a pleasant visit won't visit again.
I usually don 't like going to Boston Pizza, but the last time I was there, I had the big dipper, so I thought, why not have it again. Well.. I was extremely disappointed the sliced steak was more like rubber roast beef cut it was gross and won 't order it again. The parmesan fries were amazing.?
