My family and I went to the restaurant for dinner at around 7:30 pm. We ordered 4 meals, one of which was 2lbs of wings with 2 different flavors. However, when the meals arrived, one of the pounds of wings was the wrong flavor. The restaurant replaced the pound, but the last wing in the new pound looked like someone had taken a big bite out of it and was hidden. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, they said they would replace the pound, but ended up bringing us 4 tiny wings on a small plate. Additionally, the carrots and celery served with the wings were soggy and old, our waters were constantly empty, and there was no real follow-up from our waitress or management. It was...
After contacting the restaurant's website, the owner finally replied with a shocking explanation, stating that it is not necessary to sanitize the cut station after every use when dealing with cooked food. This lack of kitchen hygiene is unacceptable, as it means all dishes could potentially have remnants of previous meals stuck to them. There is no information on how long food sits before being served to customers. The owner's response to my concerns was dismissive, claiming they did nothing wrong. This blatant disregard for customer concerns and beliefs is appalling. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.
Manager was very rude and speaking loud without even looking to see who he was talking to. We were told the same story twice about not taking reservation for the next 30 minutes for people waiting in line. Not to mention that he was also rude speaking to the nice two hostess on site. We were going there to celebrate our first anniversary as this is the place where we had our first date one year ago. We left and then had a very nice dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings where we were treated properly. No more celebration at Boston Pizza.
Had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza, Newmarket. Food was excellent. We ordered Bandera Bread, Margarita pizza and Veg Salad bowls. Everything was awesome. The Bandera bread is a speciality. The overall experience was enhanced by our server Vince. Vince was very professional, helpful and very friendly..Suggested a bit and always there for small talk. Vince kept checking from time to time if we needed anything. 5 Stars for service. Thank you Vince for making us feel valued.
We haven't visited this restaurant in a while because our last experience was terrible. We waited over 45 minutes for our meal, despite the restaurant not being busy. No manager or server addressed the delay. The restaurant seems poorly managed and we will not be returning.
I wasn't a BP fan, but decided to try this new one. Food was excellent.Had the Thai chicken wrap it was delicious. Our server, Andrea, was very nice,attentive a great sense of humour.We sat outside. Other than the 2 constantly crying kids, it was ok.I would visit again.
