Boston Pizza - Réservation de table

I've never gone into a restaurant and had the server utter the words "we are out of fresh vegetables." Service was terrible to say the least, the server was very pleasant but the customer service aspect was terrible to say the least.My wife took us for a birthday supper, we sat on the patio which was fine. My wife and son waited for us to come along and had a plate of nachos which were stale and hard.We came along about 40 minutes later and it took about 10 minutes to get drinks after the order, another 40 minutes for food which I didn't mind.during this time we did not have cutlery or checked in on either, when food started showing up the server dropped off one plate at a time, again with n...

So we visited this place on a Friday of a long weekend around noon. after getting seated by a friendly hosted and receiving the menu our waiter ever so kindly informed us that three out of the four dishes we were interested in were not available as they had completely run out of veggies (the grocery store was only 5 minutes away.) then the water told us that we were lucky as they had run out of pizza the day day before..(keep in mind that this is a pizza joint.) needless to say we did not get to have any food there.

if your looking for good service and food eat somewhere else the service is terrible and the food portions are a joke we had wings pizza and spinach dip the portions were full price but kid size the wings all 6 had sauce dumped on the plate the bread was hard and the pizza looked like it was missing most of the toppings there was one girl running to serve everyone why the other 3 stayed inside .not impressed at all

This is your typical Boston Pizza.Great service and excellent menu.The drawing card for this Boston Pizza is the location.It is right down on the waterfront across from where the sight seeing boats are located.My only complaint was the Tv On the outdoor patio were not working to watch the blue jays and no one seemed to know how to work them.Would definatley eat there again. This Boston Pizza has a great location right in the heart of downtown with a lovely outside patio. Perfect spot for lunch and to watch the Island Queen depart for the lunch cruise. We enjoyed their $10 lunch menu and bang on value for money. They also offer a range of tasty cocktails. Wait staff are friendly.

Have dined here often because my grandchildren Ike it. The service is spotty and the seem to be chronically understaffed. Waitstaff seems to try but be prepared to go looking for your own cutlery, booster seats, condiments, bill .......

Love this place! Have visited many times and just love the view of the harbor. Great in the summer as they have a large patio overlooking the marina. I try to visit every time I am in Parry Sound.

Just minutes away from the Bobby Orr Centre where we were going to a concert (Sean McCann) and we had a great meal and views of the bay. Great location! Réservez une table maintenant
