Our visit was horrible at the Milton location. Our food was cold. The gravy was solid. The server kept disappearing for 20mins at a time. The hostess kept going to sit down and often was not aware or present when customers walked in. I spoke with the Manager on duty who stated she had no idea this was happening. We informed her that an individual entered the restaurant, approached the front and waited for 10mins before walking to the bar area. They then returned to the front. With no staff in sight, they approached the kitchen and left with a box. Hopefully they were picking up a delivery item. While the Manager offered us free food it was a very disappointing visit. I have come here a number of times with my friends, and each time we have been pleased with the meal and service. This evening's service was exceptional as always. After being seated, we had to wait quite a while for our server to come over to the table and take our drink orders. Aruna, the server, came by our table at least multiple times to keep on checking on us whether we needed anything. We love to come here. I 'd offer feedback on the food however we would have needed a server to offer to take a meal order to do so. After waiting for 15-20 minutes this evening without having someone take a drink order we decided that clearly they don 't want our business. And don 't dare say that you were busy because although there was a large party in the restaurant, they had all been served meals. So, what was one a very decent chain restaurant in Milton, it 's now on the Never going back list . Stay away, it 's really not worth it. Service: 1
Went there for my daughters birthday and we ordered chicken fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce and they came with marinara sauce. When we asked why the waitress said oh you have to ask . Lol The menu says Alfredo sauce . Ordered ginger ales were brought Diet Cokes. They brought out a birthday dessert but said they had no candles . Went Tuesday on the March break at 5 pm so it wasn't busy . Was only two other families there . Save your money and pass this place by. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30
