Boston Pizza East Gwillimbury

Recently moved to the area. Decided to go to BP because our 18 month old likes what they have on their kids menu.We were seated at 5:45pm on a Friday evening. The hostess sat us in an area where there wasn’t anybody else seated. She said it would be easier with the highchair. By 6pm nobody had come yet. I went to the front to ask if they could send someone by to serve us. Another 8 minutes went by, and nothing. Went back up again to ask. They said “ya ya right away”. Another 5 minutes went by. We decided to just get up and go across the street to Milestones where we had a great meal with great service. Next time we want to go to BP we’ll check out the one in Bradford and hope for better serv...

Waitress spilled drinks on me. Management gave me a Leafs t-shirt, cap and sunglasses to compensate. Service was brutally slow considering the place wasn't busy. Waited an hour for drinks. Kids didn't get the desserts portion of their meal. I won't be returning.Food: 3/5

We had our son’s and fiancée’s wedding rehearsal dinner here last Wed eve and we had a great time! The food was delicious and our server Jesse did a super job to make sure everyone was happy! Glad we booked a fun and casual event here.Food: 5/5

Wonderful restaurant. If anyone can recall the television show called 'Cheers ', this is mine.Amazing hard working staff. Beautiful patios and outdoor tvs.Highly recommend and see ya there.
