I don't really ever write reviews but felt compelled to do so after today's meal. Took my young adult sons for a late lunch after the movies. Decided to share some sliders, pizza and chips. The sliders were slightly above average but as my son's concluded the Pizzas were definitely out of the freezer section at the local supermarket as were the fries - McCains or similar - really at $15 each! Stick to the steak night or the curry which in the past have been a good value meal.
Went to Botanica Bar & Bistro last Thursday with a few friends for the $10 Steak night!We weren't there for long because we had to shoot off , my experience was brilliant and wish this place was closer to my house. Service was excellent. Really friendly & funny waitress. We waited no more then 10 minutes for our food and drinks to come out, Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Best Bearnaise Sauce. And only $10!!! Keep up the great work!
Dropped in here for a quick lunch with hubby. ordered the spring roll and Caesar salad to share. order didn't take long. Drinks were nice and cold, and the eatery was still filling up when we left at 12.50pm. great place for a quick lunch, looks like a great place for workers on a lunch break, or a lazy afternoon drink. If your over Innaloo way, drop in for quick drink or snack.
We sat in quite private area and we had a good time. We came here to have the $10 steaks. I am unsure what meat cut was it, it was a bit chewy, but the flavours were there and was very good value. We had to purchase a drink for the deal, which I did not mind, but my wife got a cheap sparkling water, so it was all good. Réservez une table maintenant
Went with a large group who were very interested in the Tuesday offer - lamb shanks for ten dollars. Obviously a popular choice as the place was packed!!!! Everybody enjoyed their dinner and they catered for our two toddlers as well. Service was quick and friendly.
Long time ago, I used to come and even organised an event at this venue. A couple weeks ago, I decided to catch up with a friend for lunch on Sunday. The atmosphere are still wonderful, but the food is very ordinary for $20 per meal. :( I am very disappointed.
Party of five for lunch including 2 consulting engineers out of the US. They were bewildered by the service and given it set a new low even by Perth standards so we we. Food just par. Expectations of a return visit 0%.
Good Pub, Thursdays $10 steak night is a winner. It's a big venue and they need to keep people coming through the door. They churn out good quality pub fair at reasonable prices. Nice relaxed place without pretence Réservez une table maintenant
All of the food and drink are great value and of excellent quality the dining area looks neat and well maintained and it has a great atmosphere. This is a great place to go out as a family or meet up with mates.
