Our waitress was Rugile, who remembered us from our last visit and was very attentive without being in any way overbearing. The restaurant always has a really lovely buzz about it. The food is both exceptional and exceptional value. And even if we haven’t been there for awhile, the warmth of welcome is always generous. I also like the fact that you get to the time to enjoy your meal without being hurried. Also, the layout of the restaurant is such that you have space to enjoy your food without being crowded by other diners. We’ve been going to Cote for years And have never once been disappointed.
Located in the town center, this restaurant has limited parking availability. The wine selection is limited to only two options, priced at £15, which is about average. There was a bit of a wait before receiving service, likely due to the lunch rush. Despite the crowd, we were seated at a pleasant table by the window, which helped keep the temperature comfortable.
Excellent quality food but poor service which really let the entire visit down. Resorted to walking to the front to pay after a 20 min wait after asking for the bill...
