Really great place for an quiet intimate lunch. Service was amazing, made sure we got drinks coming, but let us eat have a nice conversation alone. We really appreciated that. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he let us have a look at the function space upstairs, had a really nice chat about the venue. Octopus Scallops were cooked to perfection! Not too chewy, really tender soft, the Romesco sauce was balanced. Steak was proper Medium Rare, the chips were crunchy and hot. I initially thought this was a pub (the large Carlton Draught sign on the roof sort of suggested as such) but it turns out that it isn't.
