Every penny was worth it! We just hosted my son's birthday party at Bowlero, and it was an absolute breeze! From start to finish, the planning process was incredibly smooth. We celebrated with 16 young children, and the staff worked closely with us to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. The service was outstanding! Several employees assisted us throughout the party, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious! When we arrived, everything was set up and ready to go. We simply showed up, celebrated, and then left without any hassle. Everyone had a fantastic time, including the parents! We couldn't have hoped for a better experience!
After attending a child's birthday party at DinoDash, which is conveniently in the same plaza, my family and I chose to continue our celebration at Bowlero. What an amazing experience! We were greeted immediately by Erica, who was incredibly friendly and provided us with outstanding service, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Our drinks and food came quickly and all at once. I didn't get the chance to take any photos because I was too busy enjoying time with my family.
After attending a child's birthday party at DinoDash, which is located in the same plaza, I decided to host a gathering at Bowlero. This place is really cool and beautifully designed! From the moment we arrived, Erica greeted us warmly. She was incredibly friendly, provided exceptional service, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Our drinks and food arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take any photos because I was with my family.
The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They informed us that there would be a wait of 30 minutes to an hour for bowling, but they gave us an arcade card to enjoy some games while we waited. To our surprise, the wait was only 20 minutes! We played 5 games for just $13.95, which was a great deal. We needed assistance a few times during our visit, and each time the employees were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place!

We organized a new employee orientation at Bowlero in Norcross, and the team had a fantastic time! Booking the event was easy, and I really appreciated the variety of options available. Once we arrived, the management team executed the event flawlessly and ensured everything was taken care of. The facility was very clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere!
We had a great time with the Family. They asked us to do a survey when we got home but the survey link was broken in the email so I couldn't. The price is a bit high I think for a normal night out I didn't think we spent THAT much but we had a good time so I can't complain. I wish the beer selection was better. The kids had a blast.
What a wonderful spot for family fun! I will definitely return and recommend it to others. Today, the kids had a great time, and the day shift staff, composed of friendly and patient young Black women, made the experience even better. Overall, it's a nice place, although it could have been a bit cleaner. But wow, it's a great venue!
