I don't really know where to begin. Me, my fiancé, and our daughter went here last Tuesday night 5/28/24. My fiancee had made reservations in advance. When we got there, the manager Alan was so helpful and told us he'd be there for anything we needed during our visit. We were brought over to our lane and then a girl Phoebe came over. She was our server. Friendly, efficient, and down to earth is how I would describe her. The place was spotless, the music was good, and the food was outrageous. Phoebe did a great job and Alan even came over again after our food came out to make sure we were doing okay and see if there's anything we needed. So I Bowl in a summer league at Sayville. I’ve been bowling for 40 yrs plus. I’ve never seen a bowling alley with more equipment problems than this house. The pins are old and you can even see the damage on them. My brand new ball less than a month old was damaged from lane 40 and when I reporting it to them they just shrugged it off. I love bowling and figured I try out a league here at Sayville but the lack of professionalism will lead me to bowl else where. Leagues used to be a big part of bowling alleys with respect but now I see that Bowlero is more geared towards party bowling. It’s a shame.
When I was a volunteer friend at Little Flower, I took my little charge to the bowling alley. His excitement and curiosity were such a pleasure for me to be able to make a child so happy this way, and to expand his world on a good healthy way. He never heard of renting shoes..but then he didn 't know how to use a knife to cut his food either, as so many things are not allowed for safety. He 's a grown man now, with a child of his own...and perhaps he is able to be more loving because of ki d things I tried to do for him
We had my sons Grad Party today at Sayville Bowlero, and it was absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough about how great the party hostess’ were. We had Phoebe, Sam Camryn, and they literally took care of everything for me. The set up they provided for my son was amazing!! I can’t thank them all enough for a Fabulous day of fun celebration for my son

Whether you get the dark or light lanes, Cameron the server is a delight- super sweet girl and when we checked in Joe helped us out when our lanes were malfunctioning. They made our night very fun! Definitely recommend this place!
I came with a group of 4 and our bowling balls got stuck, Rob helped us get them back and made sure we kept the fun going all night. Really appreciated that.
Our lane was busted and halted play a bunch, but staff was super nice and the place overall was fantastic
Took my boyfriend. Was very fun, food was good. Decent price especially for the ultimate bowling nights.
