This hotel is lovely, the staff is also wonderful, very friendly and attentive, the tea itself was OK. However, the tea price was $84, online and there is no mention that a gratuity would be included....the bill reflected $100 with no mention that it included a 20% tip and the server didn't mention it either, our fault that we just didn't pay attention as we were having a good time, and paid another 20% tip on top of that.. also, I called in advance for the parking price, the front desk told me it was $15, when I arrived, the valet told me $15 ...when we left the valet desk said it was $18! ... and that I was 5 minutes over. I gave her $20, no change...I feel slightly cheated... sadly, marri...
We had the wonderful opportunity to attend tea again at The London, The Chocolate Tea! ... it was wonderful. This experience was what I have begun to expect when attending a high tea at the many places around the city and surrounding area, this one was at par with the best! Thanks to Joe, and Daniel, and the hostess (perhaps Maia? .. and those behind the scenes that prepared this wonderful feast! I hope many other tea lovers attend one of the teas, you'll have a lovely time!
Our server Daniel was outstanding! He shared his enthusiasm for the high tea and each of the items on the menu. His knowledge and kind nature elevated the experience. The hotel lobby and restaurant were lovely. The food was just okay. I would depend on the experience my friend wanted as to whether or not I would recomment them to the Sitting Room. Daniel our server brought over a beautiful piece of chocolate cake to our table as it was a special birthday for my friend.
The service at the London tea was perfect but the Valley : he treated us different since we 're just there for afternoon tea.. he let a person who 's stay there) said I 'm the gest, I stay here, can I get my car! He let this person cut me off.. just like that not happy about that tho but.. whatever

They seated a large party of very noisy folks who should have more properly been I their own room but we’re very accommodating I moving us to a private room. Very few tea sandwiches which were good but not extraordinary. Way too many desserts. And way too expensive for what you got.
Absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! We went for the Wonka-themed afternoon tea and it was delightful. They have an AMAZING chef who is great at putting together desserts with creative, yet classic tastes which are beautifully presented. Would absolutely go again!
My fiancée and I had an exceptional time at this place! The staff's incredible warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The food was an absolute delight, with flavors that amazed us. Truly a memorable experience!
Lovely food and waiter (Daniel)! The tea offered a delicious selection of gourmet tasting desserts and scones and sandwiches! Definitely ask for a box because it’s a lot of sweets!
