I’m appalled by the service I received tonight. The staff member was more focused on his phone than on our conversation and didn’t even bother to look up. I’m truly disappointed and infuriated that BP employs someone like this to serve their valued customers. Whoever hired him should be ashamed as well.
Great corner store with all those last minute items available. Great service too! My son ordered sauce with his sausage roll, only to sqirt it over his newly dry cleaned school jacket : .....James otr staff)quickly presented us with a clean wet chux to clean it up. Thanks James x
This is my local store after the other shops close. I find staff are always pretty much well mannered and helpful, and yes the store usually provides stock with good quality. The only complaint I have is that it is very very expensive for general goods!
Please, Please put an extra staff member on during your busy times , so I don't have to wait up to 10 minutes, to get served . The wait was just unbelievable. Réservez une table maintenant
