I had planned to have lunch at this restaurant, but when I walked into the Holiday Inn lobby, I noticed that the lights were off inside the restaurant. I inquired with someone at the front desk if the Bracket Room was closed, and they confirmed that it was, but would reopen at 3 PM. I then asked if they were closed during lunch, and another person behind the desk nonchalantly replied, "Yes, closed for lunch." I have dined here for lunch in the past, so I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer lunch service. According to Google Maps, they are supposed to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant as a convenient option, but it turned out to be a regrettable decision. I didn't have high hopes, but I certainly didn't anticipate the food to be clearly frozen and simply reheated in the microwave. The fish and chips were disappointing with very small and overcooked pieces of fish, along with frozen fries. The bacon on the cheese fries was also burnt. The bar staff were friendly and seemed eager to please the guests, but unfortunately, the quality of the food really let down the Bracket Room.
The food was fabulous and service awesome and atmosphere wonderful. Went a second night. food was great again. Pizza second night cheeseburger first night and fries both nights well worth it an Rita the night bar tender Is friendly and gunny to talk with. the afternoon shift was also there to start and the boss and early bartender was also great. And the cook did a fantastic job. Thank you for ending the day with great food, drinks and company. Makes working and being away from home easier.
Absolutely horrible service and food. This restaurant really brings down the quality of a wonderful Hotel. Holiday Inn should evict them from the premises. The server/ bartender made a racist remark about the Hispanic that cooked my food. She also seem like she was under the influence of something and it wasn't an education.

The food was amazing. We had the chicken and waffles, club sandwich, and salad. Big portions, everything was delicious. The fries were amazing. While a club sandwich is often a generic menu item, this sandwich was really good. Fresh made food. Will definitely go back to try the pizza and burgers.
I visited this restaurant for happy hour and it was a fantastic little find! The service was excellent and the fish tacos were absolutely delicious.
Had a scheduled meeting here today. Multiple wrong orders took over an hour for every order to come out. Avoid at all cost! Unprofessional
Loved their omelette and pancakes. Highly recommend this place for a nice brunch and a good ambience.
