We had a fantastic birthday celebration at this restaurant. Our server, Katherine, was extremely accommodating, making sure our glasses were always full and our table clean. The food was excellent, but the service was exceptional. Katherine went above and beyond to fulfill our specific requests with a smile on her face. She even noticed that I didn't enjoy my drink and replaced it without me having to ask. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to Bracks and thank you to Katherine for a wonderful experience.

The service was also top-notch, I would give it a 5 as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, earning it a 5 in my book. I highly recommend trying their Chicken and Waffles, Burger, Chicken Parmesan, and Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap.
I visited this restaurant for the first time last week to celebrate a family birthday. Our waitress was friendly, quick, and very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and regularly checked in on us. The food was delicious with generous portions. We ordered a few dishes that came with the Boom Boom sauce, which has a nice kick to it. We would definitely return to this restaurant.

In the end, this restaurant was a nice stop to grab a meal. It wasn't a meal that will stick in my memory forever, but I will remember it fondly for as long as I can. The service was good, with a rating of 3, and the food and atmosphere were both rated a 4.
