The food is fine and flavorful, and I can 't help but appreciate the work they do in Haiti (they have a picture of the school they sponsor on the front counter), but it 's nowhere good enough to justify the absolutely abysmal customer service. Be prepared to listen to people in the lobby getting increasingly angry as they come to terms with the mistake they made of ordering from this place. My favorite story was when my wife and I, at the beginning of an hour+ road trip back from Rhode Island, jokingly decided that we should call ahead to place our order because we knew the wait times were so horrible. No joke, we still had to wait 45 minutes when we got to the restaurant. That 's nearly 2 h...
Went to Jeanos and ordered the fried snapper with rice and beans with plantains and it was delicious!!! Went back the next day and got this chicken which I believe they boil it then fry it with white rice, bean sauce and plantains. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great and they were friendly. We walked in and got a table right away and the food came quick. We will definitely be returning very soon .
I have been visiting Jeano's Restaurant for quite a while now, and it has become one of my favorite places to eat in Brockton! I've never had a bad experience there. The last dish I ordered was goat (cabrit) with rice, beans, and plantains. The portion of the rice and beans was generous, and it was cooked to perfection. This was the worst experienced I had with this restaurant bad customer service. I ordered my food at 7:30 it was 9:20 I was still waiting for my food. I called the store and the guy told me to wait had me on hold until the store closed. I had to canceled my order and get a refund. I highly would not recommend this place for someone to order from.

This restaurant has been around for years, and they've recently revamped the interior. The food definitely makes the wait worthwhile. However, the manager could use some improvement in their manners.
The food , my favorite the oxtail is delicious . The owner is very accommodating, staff is friendly and professional. I dine at least 3 times a month and everything is always awesome, and above
Very unprofessional. The Food is horrible and the staff was yelling on the phone with my food open just in front of her I guess with saliva) I trashed the food when I got home
The wait time is ridiculous. DON’T GO IF YOU’RE IN A RUSH! they will have your food 40 mins AFTER the time it’s supposed to even be done. On the other hand the food is good.
