We celebrated a family milestone at the Brands Hatch Spa. Private dining was amazing, the food, service and overall experience was so nice. Connor looked after us and really did go the extra mile. No heating which when you pay that amount of money did expect that all to be checked before check in. Rooms weren't that wonderful either. We got an annex room, again not specified when booking that this was what we'd get. Pool disappointing very shallow, under ground and atmosphere oppressive. Had the wake here for my Grandad and stayed in one of the rooms. Lovely hotel, service was great and the rooms were lovely albeit a bit noisy, you can hear walking above you Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
