Went for dinner with a colleague on a midweek early evening. The restaurant was not particularly busy so we were able to find a table easily. The waiter checked that we would not need more than 90 minutes as a large number of tables in the main section (where we were sat) had been reserved for a function later in the evening. There is a good choice of local typical dishes and a good range of beers. My go to in this part of the world is always the Naturtrübe (Unfiltered Pils) as it is not too gassy, reasonably strong and is really refreshing. a brewhouse of the beautiful book brewery. from the outside, the local looks very chic, inside reminds more of a bierzelt with massive tables or a large restaurant chain. the selection of beverages is of course based on the offered brewery. you get everything the brewery braut in the bottle, in the glass and in the pitcher. very tasty also taste the organic drinks. you can enjoy tasty degreases, such as carving, cheese and pommes.
We were recommended this restaurant by a friend who had lived in Stuttgart. We enjoyed the food (I had spaetzel and my husband had schnitzel . The service was good but a little slow. the stuttgarter brewhouse is really worth 5 stars! so friendly services and good beer in combination with great atmosphere. everything is quite new and clean. there are various beers from own production. the flammpie is very tasty and serves well as a food base for the many following beers. the natural bee is particularly good! in the summer you can sit outside in the courtyard!

Have been eating in the Schönbuch for a long time! We were always here regularly, but last year in December we were very disappointed with food! Now we thought today, we're trying again and I have to say the quality is over again! Large new cards and salad with mules were again very good! Now we come back regularly: continue!!
A little hidden, quiet restaurant. This location makes it ideal to sit outside without annoying noise. The Schönbuch Bräu is very tasty and also the dishes are good and saturating with a wide selection of different dishes. The service staff is nice and very fast. Can I recommend! :
