braui - Réserver une table

as I visit Switzerland very often, I am familiar with the Swiss guide “Gilde Gourmet” looking for traditional restaurants with nice dining and pleasant atmosphere. Braui is undoubtedly one of them; the brasserie like dining room offers a cozy and relaxed feeling in which you can either enjoy a complete dinner or just enjoy a few drinks. the service team is handed over to the friendly and smiling service during dinner. the menu puts the focus on seasonal products and local suppliers. as an appetizer I had the economical in Lucerne style, which was served with ham, mandel and a creamy sauce warm. good and generous part. as a main course I chose the calf eel in a morchelsoße really a highlight,...

ein bisschen abwesend, nicht ganz aufmerksam ist die bedienung sch hier, vor allem, wenn's im kultursaal später eine veranstaltung gibt. die karte ist übersichtlich, die weinauslese recht. mitteklasse, gute mittelklasse würde ich sagen.

Sehr gute Tagessuppe. Das Rehgeschnetzeltes war top mir guten Beilagen. Preislich ok. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder.

Hatten einen wunderbaren Abend. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und mit Leidenschaft gekocht. Waren restlos begeistert.Ein wiedersehen ist gewiss!

Mehr als Durchschnitt. Mittag-Essen war OK aber nicht besonders kreativ. Bedienung freundlich aber im Schuss.
