We enjoyed it so much for dinner on Wednesday night that we decided to come back for lunch on Friday!The beauty of a buffet is that you choose what you want to eat, and how much of it you'd like. Today, there was lemon pepper crumbed calamari, home made chicken nuggets, a beef curry, rice, mini pork sausages, roast potatoes, mixed vegetables, three or four different salads, 3 dips - tzatziki, eggplant, capsicum - garlic bread, 3 different roasts - pork with crackling, ham, lamb with garlic and rosemary - gravy, mint jelly, apple sauce. I'll start off by saying my rating is compared to other all you can eat places I have been to.For $30, the Braybrook hotel is well worth it. You easily get your money worth and the food for the most part is actually pretty good. I really enjoyed the lamb curry, fish and the lasagna. Dessert is usually the highlight for me, but I think the hot food stole the show here.We had a large group booking and the staff looked after us and cleared our tables quickly even though the place was full.They were super friendly and helpful when you needed them. Great place to take the family. They even have a huge playground for the kids.Thanks for a great night.
This was our first visit to this venue, we had heard mostly good recommendations from others.Well we were not let down.The buffet food that was on the menu for lunch was of a very good standard and very good value for money.A very good assortment of dishes with roast meats and vegetables casseroles, some seafoods and salads,soups and a good variety of deserts.This is one of the better buffet venues we have been to and we will be definitely returning to give the evening session a try at some time. Well recommended if you like buffets.
we recently visited the Braybrook hotel with a large family group of adults and children, mainly because we had heard the play area was outstanding. The food is served Buffet style and was surprisingly good! lots of choice and some good flavours. It is great value for money and the kids loved it ...will definately come back. The hotel itself is bright and airy and looks like it has been totally refurbished, drinks were reasonable and the service was grwat. Nothing to dislike at all.

The hotel is very well laid out. The staff are very friendly, in every area, reception, cooks, bar staff and waiters. The selection of food is very diverse, something for everyone. For a buffet, the food always looked just cooked, not like it has been sitting and warming for hours in gravy. Very reasonably priced and the children are kept amused in their very well planned and colour kidz zone. Also discount for seniors, pensioners and children.
Braybrook Hotel is situated about about 10kms from the Melbourne CBD on BallaratRoad between Footscray & Sunshine. The all you can eat buffet offers a wide variety of all types of food. From soups to Asian, salads ,seafood, roasts, desserts and so on. Night time buffet seems to be the most popular and it is advisable to book. Good off-street parking is available at the rear of the Hotel as well.
we arrived at this venue with a group of about 56 people ,on arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and given our table numbers,some proceeded to the bar for pre dinner drinks at reasonable prices whilst others were attracted by the newly renovated pokie area.I found the food of very good quality and a very good selection of aussie and Asian foods,followed by a selection of deserts.
Recent visit to celebrate family birthday. The new renovation meant that the dining room was very well presented and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Excellent table service. Sunday lunch was buffet style and whilst the food was good it was not exceptional

We went here for lunch on Sunday. There was a good variety of food and was well cooked. Maybe just a bigger variety of desserts. Staff were friendly and attentive, empty plates were cleaned away very quickly.
