I went yesterday with my wife, who is Brazilian, and we were excited to eat Brazilian food. The waitress was awful almost non-existent. The food took forever to be cooked. I asked for chicken with white sauce, it came with red sauce. The sausage was way overcooked and practically burnt. My wife had ordered a side of beans which never came. We were never checked on or offered water. The waitress left all our dishes on the table then dropped the bill in front of us without saying anything. They automatically add 20% gratuity to the bill which we asked to be removed. We will never eat here again. I am not a very demanding or petty person but this was extremely disappointing.
This place never has the food ready for Uber eats drivers to pick up. I’ve been here on multiple different days as a delivery driver where there were longer waits. They start cooking the food as soon as the driver shows up cause last time I had to wait 20 minutes just for a 2 x BBQ Whole Chicken-Frango Inteiro Assado and I came driving to this place IN THE HEAVY RAIN. Drivers, if you value your time then I recommend you to not go here to deliver.

New management is really awesome. I've been coming here for over 20 years and recent management was horrible. They have definitely stepped up their game. The service is great and top-notch. I will definitely tell my friends and family to come back here again. Good job from the new management team. Will definitely come back.

I ordered a buy one, get one free deal on Uber Eats, and I was really disappointed with the portion size of the meat. It seemed like they took one meal and split it in half, while filling the platter with rice instead. I recommend Ferry St BBQ; I've never had this issue there.
I absolutely love this place! The food is exquisite, especially the meat and chicken—so delicious! I enjoyed my meal the most while dining with my family. This is my fifth visit, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful service!
I order from Uber eats to pick up. And missing half of my order. I order the chicken parmigiana and don’t taste nothing. My second time try this restaurant. Need improvement how to cook and how to but some Spices. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend
Uber eats BOGO is a no go for me. This is the 2 for 1 deal. Even for 1 I'd be disappointed. Mostly rice, small portion of chicken pieces, barely any beans in a separate container all liquid. Win some lose some..

The food was terrible. I ordered a mixed meat dish, and it was incredibly salty—basically just a plate of salt served at my table.
The worst place to go eat. Meat was on the grill for at least one week. Disgusting ! I don’t recommend it at all.
