Killer pastries! It makes sense why the lines are soooo long on the weekends. They need an operational consultant to help them with flow so they can get people their delicious baked goods faster. They could easily serve 2x the amount of people based on how popular they are. Be warned. Long lines on weekends almost always. Prepare to wait awhile. And once you do order, it takes quite a bit of time to get what you ordered (even if it is just a croissant and a drip coffee) huge selection of delicious and unique treats.
I'm really happy that there is a place like this in my neighborhood. The bread is so delicious and the drinks are full of sincerity and a deep flavor that you can't get anywhere else. The atmosphere is clean and nice. However, it is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays and is closed on the remaining three days. No, you can say that you are preparing bread.
This place is great, the food is always fresh and tastes great. The only downside that they run out of many items very quickly. this place is great addition to Flemington main street.
Bread and culture is the best place to be. The atmosphere and BEST service from the staff make this place a 10/10. Everything you taste will blow your mind!!

My friends highly recommended, we went here for breakfast yesterday, bread is recommended, but coffee is really so so…and the service is disappointing.
Picked up a butter croissant and a ham and gruyere croissant at the West Windsor Farmers Market and OMG Delicious!!!
I came here for a quick breakfast after my work shift and omg this place is SO good. I am 1000% coming back lol

Incredible cafe and bakery, organic ingredients, grass fed butter, no seed oils!!
Croissants are huge! Be sure to get in early to get a good selection.
