I ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, with some hash browns and an iced tea. Pretty standard order. When I opened the bagel, there was barely any cream cheese. It looked as if someone just wiped a knife off on the bagel and called it a day. I drove up to the store and spoke to three people behind the counter. One kept asking who made the bagel, one said there was cream cheese on it, and one said what 's the problem? There 's cream cheese on it. To his credit, the first person said he 'd remake the sandwich. I declined and left, figuring the $4.75 (yes, I paid extra for veggie cream cheese that I didn 't get) was the cost of my lesson: don 't go here anymore. I 've had delivery issues with this location over the past few months. Items have been missing or incomplete. I reached out to Brendel 's via Facebook and was told that this location was sold a few months ago and should have changed names by now. I 'm guessing thes new owners are trying to cut some corners, particularly on delivery items, figuring that they 'll come out ahead. But with many other options in the immediate area, this is a poor way to do business.
The Hungry Man and Brownie were great. The fries were a little extra well done almost on the burnt side but still decent. I wish I knew the french vanilla iced coffee was only a flavored coffee that didnt come with actual french vanilla creamer. Overall good prices and good food so would order from here again.
