Brewhouse at Whistler

Food was "fine" at best. I had baja fish tacos that were bland and tasteless. It came with hot sauce, which helped. Service, as is with so many other Whistler restaurants left something to be desired. Despite being around 2pm and the patio being more than half empty, the hostess didn't want to seat us at a shady table I saw once I saw that our table was in the sun. "It's set for four." After about five years in the restaurant industry myself, maybe there's something I didn't learn about removing place settings from a table. From start to finish, a horrible experience. We asked a couple employees about various food items, Oddly no one had eaten anything we asked about. We ended up ordering a 1/2 rotisserie chicken and salmon salad. The chicken looked like it had been cooked in the microwave, the gravy was a gelatinous mess, and the potatoes cold, The salmon in the salad was raw. The server told us that was normal and they cook their salmon medium rare. Being a native of BC, I can't say I have had raw salmon outside of a sushi restaurant. Não tenho o que reclamar da comida, apenas aconselho a não pedir pizza porque ela não tem nada demais e os outros pratos são muito melhores.O que me desapontou neste restaurante foi: não é acessível (tem escadas e o banheiro fica no segundo andar, o banheiro estava com papel caído no chão e as lixeiras abarrotadas, e quando me trouxeram um copo d'água ele veio com marca de batom de outra pessoa. Ainda assim, repito que a comida era boa.

A perfect spot for lunch! We enjoyed a flight and two entrees. The waitress was good as providing suggestions and the service was quick! Also love the environment- a beautiful wood building with charm, plus a toy train (look up) that goes around. Cute touch! A perfect spot to visit if you’re coming between the upper and lower village. The service was excellent and the ambiance was cozy, making it a great spot for a dinner after a day of skiing. I would definitely return. The prices are on the higher side, but that seems to be the norm for restaurants in Whistler. There are plenty of good options for both food and drinks on the menu.

The service was poor as the waitress was unprofessional and forgetful. The food was not served at the same time and some dishes were cold. She even forgot to bring some of our drinks. Despite the quality of the food, the bad service made the overall experience disappointing.

We stopped for a drink that turned into three. This was meant to be a quick drink but the staff and that atmosphere encouraged us to stay longer. The beer is made on site is very nice.
