Briarcliff Market Deli

The food is usually quite good, but things can quickly go downhill when they get busy. Today, I attempted to call in an order but after three tries, I kept getting cut off after 7-8 rings. Frustrated, I decided to order online, but their website wasn't functioning either. I drove by on my way to Rocky's Deli and saw that they were open. This has happened to me about three times now. Once, I did manage to get through, only to be told that they were too busy and advised to order online after 1 PM.

I strongly advise against ordering online from this restaurant; they completely disregard comments and substitution requests. Additionally, one of the staff members in the front area was quite rude. If you’re not going to pay attention to customers' needs and requests, then you shouldn't offer online ordering at all. I even asked for utensils, napkins, and straws for the drinks, and they sent none of it with my order.

Deli is well stocked, bagels with spread are excellent and freshly baked muffins are amazing. This new location has a lot of good parking and place outside to sit around and enjoy the food. Friendly and efficient staff. Wheel chair accessible. Their coffee is not amazing and I would go across the street to find better coffee options.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. I really enjoy getting my scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese on a roll from this place. They also provide weekly family-style meal options that you can order. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered the Italian wedge, and it was massive and more reasonably priced than the nearby Subway. I'm not sure what other reviewers are referring to about the quality or cost, but I absolutely loved this sandwich and would marry it if I could!

This restaurant is terrible. If you want to eat here, it's best to go in person and watch them prepare your order. I would never recommend ordering from this place for delivery. The food is so bad, I wouldn't even feed it to a dog.

I ordered an Italian wedge, and it's absolutely massive and more affordable than the nearby subway. I don’t know what others have said in their reviews about quality or price, but honestly, I’m ready to marry this sandwich!

The restaurant has an excellent selection of menu items. I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in, and my order was taken immediately. The food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return to sample more dishes! Réservez une table maintenant

A lady took my order, and I requested a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. However, she mistakenly gave me an egg and cheese with ketchup, but without any bacon!

The staff is very friendly and the food is of excellent quality. You have the option to text your order in advance.
