We have stayed at Briarfields many times over the years, as love the hotel, staff and cleanliness etc, but always just before Christmas. So whilst holidaying in a cottage a few minutes away in the Summer thought we would visit for dinner. As always we weren't disappointed. We both enjoyed Sweetcorn and Onion Pakoras as our starters. Followed by the most delicious Butter Chicken Thigh Curry served with a Chapatti. Ordered a side of Jasmine Rice, which it did need and thought could have been served as part of the main, rather than paying extra.
