Bricco undoubtedly offers the best New York-style thin crust pizza on the West Coast! As someone from Brooklyn, I can confidently say this is the place to be. If you haven't tried Bricco yet, you’re truly missing out! They use real cheese that makes a noticeable difference, and the sauce is absolutely delicious. You can even fold your slice, just like it's meant to be! The crust is a dream—it melts in your mouth. Plus, their fried mozzarella with marinara sauce is phenomenal. The sauce isn't overly sweet, which is a common mistake at many places. I can't wait to try their Chicago deep dish and pastas!
