Awful hotel. Had to leave before our reservation ended. All night there’s was loud stomping and dragging above us which made it impossible to sleep. The lock on our room didn’t work which made us feel very unsafe. The people working there were terrible, we tried to ask a basic question and the guy at the front desk had to call someone and we had to speak to him through the phone. They were very rude when we complained about the noise. And no tea, only coffee. The bathroom wasn’t in the room which was NOT advertised to us, and we were just shut into a basement room which we were also not advised about.
