Brio Italian Grille

The food was very good and the server had great suggestions. That said, our main course came out while we were still eating our appetizer (shrimp and eggplant delish and just seconds after our salad arrived. Both main courses were dishes which had a cream sauce component; that is something that can’t just sit and wait on the table and keep its consistency (and remain hot) while we finish the app and salad. When they took away our appetizer plates, the server astutely noticed that my fork and knife went with it. He immediately commented that he would get me new utensils. After that he continued waiting on the rest of his tables in our area and totally forgot about my utensils. We tried to get his attention multiple times but he wasn’t looking past his other tables. Finally, I got up and found my own utensils off by the bar area. The waiter did not walk over to our table from the point our dinner was brought to us until the point where it was taken away. During that time we needed more water and I walked over to the bar twice to get refills both times I tried to get his attention to no avail. I noticed that the other tables were getting refills of water, plus he was asking them how their meals were. Like I said, once our dinner was brought to us he did not check on us until it was time to ask if we wanted dessert. What would’ve been a very nice dinner was ultimately ruined by the service.

we will not be back soon. While we are eating with friends today, a family came with a dog. Not with a service dog or demonstrable emotional support dog, and had it not sitting under the table! No less than 3x we asked what seemed a hostess for the manager who said he was in the bathroom. Finally we stopped the Sous cook who told us there is no manager! I am a dog lover and owner of 2 dogs, but I would never suspect to bring one of my dogs without using an officially recognized land. none of the employees seemed to worry about and our server seemed as if on drug was completely inconspicuous. the one star is for eating that was good.

excellent eating and we loved sitting outside! our server was excellent, but she was all alone so that the dinge took much longer, but she was pleasant and helpful, although she was so busy. order the garnelen auberginen starter excellent! then ordered the salmon fresca meal, which was also excellent and this dish is not available in other restaurants. my gast ordered the lasagna and said it was delicious. total excellent!

Our last trip to another Brio was great, but this one the food quality was not good. The chicken milinase was not pounded thin at all and was very chewy. I ate 1/4 of it. Rather than salad, there was pasta drenched in oil butter. Our waiter was busy chatting with another staff member we waited 20 minutes before asking someone else to have him come to our table once we finished.
