I also asked her to add more chicken to my soup because the last time I ordered, there were more bones than chicken, but this time I received only one small piece. When I called back to confirm my order, the tone of her responses became disrespectful.
As an employee in the food industry, one should prioritize excellent service and be polite to customers. It's vital to work together with customers to ensure they leave satisfied and happy. Overall, this experience fell short of those expectations.
My only complaint is that I ordered Rice Pudding, but they sent me Bread Pudding instead. Also, I wish they would season the Chicharron a little more - at least some salt should be added. However, the Chicharron was very good, with a nice crispy skin and tender meat. It wasn't overly greasy like other places that serve chunks of fat. The yucca was well-cooked, but it was missing onions. Overall, a good dining experience.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I was having a hard time deciding what to order, but the woman who appeared to be the manager was very helpful. Some may think the $12 plates are expensive, but they are definitely worth it. I have visited this restaurant twice now, and both times the food and service were excellent. I would rate it 10 out of 10.
Who is very good but when you call they pick up the phone and tell you to hold on for 1 minute put the phone down and it's literally 37 minutes and 35 seconds and they still haven't Picked it up to take the order. Very unprofessional. The female has an attitude when held accountable for the long wait. Horrible

The restaurant doesn't offer small portions of mangu, and you have to pay $10 for a plate with only one longaniza. If you want more than one, you'll have to pay extra. I was not satisfied with this and did not enjoy my experience.
I visited this restaurant with my son, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent—though it was a bit on the expensive side, it was definitely worth it. Hats off to the chef! Overall, a great experience.
They dont have small mangu and you have to pay 10$ and they only give you 1 longaniza have to pay more money if you want more then 1 this is bad hate this restaurant
The restaurant was fine I think, but they gave my order to someone else. Then the restaurant closed when I wanted to reorder.
