I asked a simple question, and the manager responded with an awful attitude. It's unbelievable. The CEO of this restaurant really needs to hire bilingual staff—how can you expect other Americans to understand your food culture otherwise? If your team can't communicate effectively, that's simply unacceptable.
Bad customer service, food took forever and the prices on the bill was different than the one on the menu for example the menu said the water is 2 dollars but they charged 3 dollars also the 4 minis mofongo in the menu said 12 dollars but they charged $13.95 I will not recommend
The rice was uneven, with some parts being hard and others cold. The roast pork didn't agree with our stomachs, and we found ourselves needing to use the bathroom frequently.
The restaurant could use more decoration, as the atmosphere feels quite plain and basic. While the food is good, my table did not receive our orders simultaneously. Réservez une table maintenant
Live in the area but it was my first time going there. The food was amazing and the waitress very sociable and friendly. I will definitely be eating there again.
The cashier thought that I was black but when I spoke spanish she was telling me what to order. Not Accommodating me on what I wanted.
