We love this place. Sometimes you can get really really really bad service. Other times you can get great service. There’s a bald guy that works here that’s really bad. Crazy Kathy is amazing as is Trista. Tony is great too. Took wife on birthday and the bald guy waiter didn’t say happy birthday , which was weird. I still love this place but I was basically asked repeatedly to order some sort of seafood sampler.. instead of halibut. I said no three times which was very weird. Clearly they’re pushing old items or something is going on. Wife ordered a cappuccino at end of meal and waiter later brought the check instead, without cappuccino. Our server Zach, was absolute joy. He was entertaining, respectful, pleasant, and on top of everything!! When we go back, I am definitely requesting to have Zach take care of me again!!! The Seafood here is A delicious!!! The time the chef and staff takes to make their food signature and perfect is key and they succeeded!!!! I absolutely recommend the Alaskan Salomon!! The sides: lobster Mac cheese and the lobster risotto is so good!!!!!!
100% first class all the way ???? this is such a nice place to bring the wife or girlfriend. Once you walk in the door you will be greeted then seated with candle light table. Unless your like me seating at the bar please to which is always nice to just sit and relax. The food is delicious ???? from the first bite you will know these people have it going. So In review go ahead and enjoy the fine dining you want regretted thus decision.
We hadn?t been to Bristol?s in a long time and were pleased to see that the interior still feels welcoming and upscale, with a wide menu and excellent seafood across the board. We had a couple of service miscommunications, but those were quickly rectified, and the fish dishes, biscuits, and dessert were all delicious. Bristol?s is a timeless classic in the O?Fallon area.
Bristols atmosphere is relaxing and warm. Tony, Trista, and Cathy will provide you with impeccable service. They anticipate your need before you can even make the request. The food is amazing. I've been going to Bristols for years. Ask for Tony, Trista or Cathy on your next visit. Enjoy!
Great service, great good and great atmosphere. We had our meal in the bar to watch the NCAA tournament and thoroughly enjoyed the company as well as the food and drinks! I had the tilapia and sage au gratin potatoes while my husband and son had filets and we all loved it!!
