Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

I am a pharma rep. Had an office call about 10AM and ask if I could bring food last second, I said sure. Office placed the order at this pickelmans around 10:30AM for delivery at 11:45. I called and paid over the phone, just under $300. Food was good and office was happy. However, one salad was missing chicken, and one sandwich was missing entirely. No other issues though. No big deal. Finished lunch, went back to this location, and said politely “hey no biggie, but these items were missing, can I get a remake, I’ll pay for it” and the girl (didn’t even bother to check her name tag) says “okay sooooo I personally checked this order along with my manager and it was all there when it went out”...

I ordered a sandwich and a soup, and both were pretty bad. I had requested no cheese on the sandwich, and they put so much cheese on that sandwich that it was impossible to separate from the toppings or even the bread. Additionally, the 'creamy tomato bisque ' was very thin and watery, and had a pretty thick oily layer on the surface. The provided bread was advertised as a half loaf, but it was closer in size to a quarter loaf. Overall very disappointed that basic instructions couldn 't be followed and that the soup was not even close to the consistency of any other tomato soup I 've had

For being there the first time we had no clue where to order, or what the process was. They acted like we should have known everything walking into the store. It seemed like they were too busy cleaing up to leave, then to help us. They just wanted to push us out asap. The ingredients were fresh but their attitudes was not. Don't know if we'll do this one again or not.

Online order but no one even acknowledged me. I stood where they have online pickups. I tried to get someone attention and all I got was rude we 're working on it . After 45 minutes and 10 or so minutes, my food sitting there, and no one called out my name. Got home and order wasn 't even my order. Not coming back. Not worth the headache. Went in to pick up an order, and no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. Once someone finally did, I got nothing but rudness. I'm sorry if me placing my order upset you or the workplace is that upsetting. Sets a bad tone for the business.

Experience was great as always. They are quick and the quality is exceptional. Jack helped us and was so kind. Will continue coming back. We love their pizza and sandwiches. Always a top choice for our family!

Always friendly and my order is always accurate and hot. Stopped by tonight and Lexi, Jack and Seth fixed a minor issue with my order promptly and were super nice, I very much appreciated it.

Food is always good and fresh. A couple of the staff members had weird attitudes. Like we were bothering them by ordering food they had to make. Most of the employees were nice. Réservez une table maintenant
