Ate dinner at the restaurant on a Sunday evening. The rest of the little town was basically closed besides a couple of restaurants. Good service and food tasty. Would definitely recommend the burger, 100% beef patty comes served on a hot rock. No service fees...on the tables as the case is in Italy. Staff welcoming, friendly and speak English.
Had lunch in a beautiful location (menu of the day . The service (male, Carmelo? was very attentive and extremely friendly. The cordon bleu was (too very crispy and difficult to cut even with a steak knife. The salad with countless varieties and some sauce on the bottom. I would rather just drink eas.
Checking out places to eat and came across this pub. Called Britannia, flying Union flag by hotel de Londres. Menu in German (like much of Brig) asked for English menu as my German isn't great. Told they. Only do German menu. Really? Given name and...flag? Left and went elsewhere.

Sit on every outdoor table on the beautiful Plaza with amazing architecture and mountain views. Great people watching spot. We had a beer and were not pushed to order food or more drinks.
Almost 70 euros for an horrible hamburger and a terrible salad. In Italy I go to a good Michelin starred restaurant with that money. Do the math.

Very friendly and quick service (younger German man) and the food was also very good. all in all recommended Réservez une table maintenant
Decent food and environment. Paying bill can take a while as they seemed understaffed.
