Today I was stressed at the Swiss lunch and ordered the daily menu. (The server's daughter was very unfriendly) The program included pumpkin soup with roast beef. When I finally got my main course after a long wait, I asked where my soup was and was told that it had to be mentioned separately. I felt a bit ripped off, but okay. The main course, i.e. the meat, you could immediately see that it had been ready for a while and only the potatoes had been warmed up. When I received the salad I ordered, there was even a hair in the salad. When I wanted to pay I was taken for a ride and typed in as 28.50 Fr 33 Fr and that's why and because the food wasn't good or hygienic. I only give this restauran...
Good place to have a good choice of steak at reasonable prices. Most of us had the Tagesteller, pork steak with french fries and vegetables and a choice of either soup or salad. The pea soup and steak were excellent. Dinner came with a herbal...butter sauce which helped to season the rather bland vegetables and fries. The roast beef was very cold, with tartar sauce and french fries. It looked rather plain without any trimming. The staff was friendly and attentive.
We used Brig as a base camp to travel to various locations in the area. The town has a small plaza which is where we found this restaurant. We sat outside enjoying the summer night and kind service. We found the food to be authentic and offering classic options. The schnitzels were very good with a beautiful beer on the side. This is just around the corner from a more noisy pub with a more relaxed atmosphere. We would return and enjoy a relaxing dinner.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das essen, welches wir bestellt haben Bisonsteak ond Mixedgrill und zur Vorspeise den Walliserteller waren sehr gut. Das Bison schon fast vorzüglich. Werde dieses Restaurant meinen Freunden und Bekannten weiter empfehlen. Freue mich auf das nächste mal.

das Fleisch war ein Genuss und wurde nach der gewünschten Garstufe zubereitet Lokal, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre Preis/Leistung stimmt Essensauswahl entspricht der Erwartung des Gastes Leider war der Serviceangestellte ein wenig überfordert, was zu diesem 1* Abzug führte.
WOW Begeistert! schneller und freundlicher Service, Leckeres Essen... Wir wurden gut beraten was der Wein anbelangt, und auch der Cheff vom Hause kam kurz vorbei! Toller Charme des Gebäudes!
Service very friendly and competent. The meal with friends was A1: very good food, perfectly prepared, a real treat for the palate. Ambiance very cozy. I would love to come back.
excellent steak! visited here for dinner with my wife. we had both fillet steaks cooked over coal, it just melted in mouth. great eating with friendly service.
