A few days ago, I ordered an Americano to drink in, but it was served in a to-go cup. While sitting at the table, the lid wasn't properly secured and came off, spilling hot coffee on my hand and the table. When I told the staff about the spill, they only handed me some napkins. Despite the burn, I received no apology or further assistance. This lack of proper response to an accident is concerning—staff should be better trained for situations like this.
